A relaxing 30 minute online session via Zoom where we release stress through EFT/Tapping and end the session with a guided meditation. A recording of the session will be sent to patricipants so that they can continue to release stress and repeat the meditation daily.
What is EFT/Tapping? Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT or Tapping is an evidence-based stress reduction tool that calms the nervous system by gently tapping on acupressure points.
When: Wednesday 5th August
No experience necessary as you will be gently guided every step of the way.
By joining the group tapping experience, you agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
If there are technical difficulties and you can't make the session, a recording of the session willl be sent to you.
Who will be looking after you?
Dani Goranic is a qualified Emotional Freedom Techniques/Matrix Reimprinting and Meditation Coach. After enduring her own health challenges, including chronic pain and depression and discovering the benefits of meditation and EFT, she is now passionate about helping people restore peace and balance in their lives using these modalities. Dani runs group sessions and workshops and helps people overcome their challenges through private EFT sessions.
